On the left is an odd dark brown 4½" strain with three ribs and a tiny recess embossed star on the firing rest side. There is a tiny flake off the glaze above the star. The white spots on the other side is where the glaze did not adhere during firing. There is a faint surface scratch near one spot and a little roughness on the side of the bottom rib. Otherwise vnm+. Asking $20 shipped in US.

In the middle is a very strange, crude, dry process, ball-type, mottled brown strain that measures 3¼" tall and 2" wide in the middle. It displays vnm from one side, but there's a number of shallow chips and flakes elsewhere, some of which have been glazed over. Asking $45 shipped in US. --SOLD--

Finally, on the right is a somewhat more common 2-5/8" strain with a tiny flake above the top eye. My camera does not pick up subtle blue shades very well, and while this photos shows this strain to be very blue, in hand the color is more of a subtle periwinkle approaching lavender. Asking $15 shipped. (CK/MO)
