Gorgeous factory mint condition. The inner skirt looks chipped but is under poured, the round drips are flat. The carnival coat is on top of the under pour.. There are 1/8th inch stress fractures directly where the coating was applied, on the upper/lower wire ridges, and the base. They look like bubbles. The insulator must have been too cold and the metallic oxide too hot, to cause these fine fractures... Other than the factory damage, it is mint... A beautiful piece with great contrast between the ice blue and orange carnival coat.
