This one is the somewhat less common EIN [230] (F-Crown) 12/(Arc)W. BROOKFIELD/(Arc)45 CLIFF ST./N.Y. (R-Crown) [Backwards] 5 {MLOD} SB in Light Aqua. The 12 has a backwards 1 and parts of the 2 are very faint. Also, the bases of both digits are engraved over the tops of the letters OKF on the front crown. The backwards 5 on the rear crown is especially bold. I can find no damage besides an open base bubble at the right mold line and a tiny clamshell flake on the skirt above it, both visible in the photos. Asking $12 plus postage. CK/MO.
