Finding any info or ads on St. Louis Malleable is very hard especially anything on the insulators made since their main product was pins, brackets, and accessories. This ad from an Electric Railway magazine in 1917 shows some of their brackets and pins. Notice down in the lower left corner. There is a spool bracket with spools on it probably porcelain. I asked Pat Scott, (who lives in the area and has had many of their products taken down from lines and buildings), if he has ever seen this bracket and so far has not. It's neat to see the other products made such as the manhole cover and whatever the casting is at the right top. So far I have yet to get a clear spool but Pat told me years ago that there are still some up their and he was watching them like a hawk. Ha!
