This was in a different Telephoney 1952 magazine for Army surpluse sales. The porcelain IN-56 were availiable for 5c each. They also show a porcelain pony insulator called the No.9 pony for 2c. Looks to me like a U-14. Wish the ad was of better quality so you could read it better, but just finding the info was rewarding enough.
