The snow has all melted and we've had lots of rain so I thought it was time to go back to the construction site along the railway where last summer I found a teal 742 and some other stuff.

I checked an area where a few months ago a big pile of soil was dumped and spread out with a bulldozer and with all the rain we've had recently it exposed a piece of glass. I pulled the insulator out of the ground and it fell apart. Sadly the bulldozer had damaged this threadless piece some time ago. That tie wire was in fact wrapped around the 742 when I unearthed it.
