Polish CD 578.7 in a sky blue. Embossing is in good condition. Has the "JSN" in the circle on the front (along with two dots). And the double bar on the back. No "PSN" in a circle, but there appears to be some ghost embossing.

Mint except for a very small chip on the inside base rim.
