My dad Hal Dean (NIA 815) passed away in his sleep this morning 3/3/23, one day after his 92nd birthday. He got our family started collecting insulators in 1972, by finding ad for an insulator show in Vienna, Va. He was a founding member of the Chesapeake Bay Insulator Club, serving as its first VP.
