Here is a picture of two Heavy duty wire holders made by Lapp Insulator Co. This is the only style I've found from them and are pretty scarce. Come to think of it their strain insulators and spools are seldom seen too. I'd love to see a catalog showing these and if there are any others. The first one was made for a pipe fitting in chocolate brown and black ink LAPP. Probably 40's or 50's when lapp used this color a lot. The other is in a reddish pumpkin brown. It's missing the lag screw or bolt. Marked with the LI logo and LAPP. Probably from the late 20's to late 30's. I have only seen a couple others and they were in a beautiful Lt. caramel brown. Any pictures or info is greatly appreciated and only used for my personal reference.
