This group I have found very little info on. All are unique wire holders and spools. The first two are marked Palmetto No 1421 and 0 on the small one. The only info I've found is an electric company located in South Carolina and the city of Palmetto. The first one is an Knox K-410 mold so maybe they made them or got the mold somehow. The third piece is marked AGE on front and 1931 on back. This is a Porcelain Products mold and the 1931 is there catalog number for the medium sized wire holder they had avalible in the 30's and 40's. Probably made by them but the AGE marking is unknown. Next is marked on the side Binkley/ No.1935. I've found a little info on the Binkley Mfg. Co. which started out as a furnace manufacturer then making special products based in missouri. They are know as the Holland company today but this is the only insulator I've found from them. The next piece I recently got off of eBay. It is marked S Mfg. Co. 502. on the side edge. on the back it has the FP musical note symbol which was for Findlay Porcelain Co. It has a unique Keyhole center hole. I've only seen mine insulators and some small strains with this design. Last is marked E.M.W. Co. I have wire holders marked EM 90 which were made by Electrical Porcelain Mfg. Co. but don't know if this is related or not. It has the Illinois 1935 style mold same as the Binkley but no cat number. Probably made by Illinois Insulator Company. On the bottom are three interesting spools. The first is marked Brasco-355. The only info I could find is a store covering company Brasco Mfg. Co. from Chicago, IL. There are all kinds of neat catalogs showing the store front coverings the did but no insulators. They make shelters for buss stops, train stations and safety areas today. Maybe this was an accessory for the store front. They were a very classy and popular company and did many store fronts in the 20's, 30's and 40's. The last two are marked Circle L. I always thought these were modern Line Material company spools but are not too sure. Maybe someday I'll find them out.
