Here's an oddball I've been after for a while. I have a damaged example as shown, but I'm looking for one in better condition if anyone out there has one available.

I'm also seeking any information on where these were used. This is a Canadian style, but all examples I know of are so far from their provenance that no one has any idea of how/where they were used.

I'm willing to pay cash or trade good quality insulators for a mint example of this style. Thanks!
