These look like older transformers that use to be in service in this substation. It looks to me like maybe they were damaged. The bushings are missing and they are kinda black on the top. Fire maybe? There are old 4 kV transformers sitting around that have been taken down off some of the poles. Didn't stick around too long to look for any insulators. I didn't want to get reported to the police as being suspicious.
