This is a CD 128 EIN [040] (Dome) 3 (F‑Skirt) F.M. LOCKE VICTOR N.Y./[Blotted out embossing] (R‑Skirt) No 15 {MLOB} RB in Aqua. There's a wire ridge bruise at the left mold line, a couple of pings and small scratches around the F.M. in front and near the N in back. There are two small flakes off the sharp inner edge of the outer skirt, and a short thumbnail chip and opposite a tall pinky nail chip off the middle skirt, as shown. But the real anomaly is more than 2 ½" of slag glass overpour caught between the inner and middle skirts to the left of No. 15 in the rear. The middle photos show it from different base angles, and I tried to show how it looks from the outside in the bottom left two pics, but it's tough to capture the three dimensions of the glass in a two dimension photograph. Click in View Original for a closer look. Also, check out that great dome glass. Asking $20 plus postage for this character.
