I do not know much about this line. However, I think it operated at 66kv and connected to a hydroelectric generation facility. The vast majority of suspension insulators found by collectors in central and western Massachusetts that were used on early transmission lines were of Locke manufacture (with the "Victor" multipart logo). So, the ones in this photo likely are the forementioned.
