Offered for sale today is this nice ice aqua W. BROOKFIELD/45 CLIFF ST./NEW YORK in the tiniest embossing I've ever seen. PAT./JAN 25 1870 appears on the rear dome but is almost not readable. This is a rare embossing variant I'm told and with NEW YORK spelled out rather than abbreviated NY. Insulator is filled with tiny bubbles and particles of firebrick. I honestly can't find anything wrong with it. I'll send it to your door or PO Box for just $30, which includes postage. Where will you find another of these oddballs in this kind of condition?
