These pins and brackets appear to have been made by the St. Louis Malleable Company. The company's line hardware offered the ability to mount pins, brackets, crossarm brace bolts, etc., without the need for drilling holes in the crossarm. The only hole(s) required were for the arm's center mounting bolt. This provided improved strength and integrity compared to crossarms with holes drilled in them.
