A cast iron "break-arm" insulator bracket is seen in the extreme upper right corner of this image. A wire from each side deadended on each side of it; thus two wires led down to the street light fixture. The latter appears to be the type whereby a CD 280 (or its porcelain pintype equivalent) was clamped in between the metal fixture body and end of the pipe bracket. This allowed the fixture to be insulated from the metal pipe in event of a high voltage fault in the series street lighting loop.
