Front skirt embossed: " HARLOE logo " / HAWLEY, PA. / U.S.A. (note the S is backwards )

Rear skirt embossed: small " 4 " near the base

Smooth base.

Blue aqua with some wisps of milk in skirt front and back.

Top of dome is rough where spall glass fragments fell into mold

There is a small lehr kiss on the edges of the wire groove in the rear.

Overall a nice vnm piece with no major distractions.
