Another oddball grouping that has been taking up shelf space in my parents' shed for too many years. Maybe someone on here would like these dry process and steel split loops?

The larger examples came off the telegraph circuits of the Michigan Central or Canada Southern Railway, probably near Dutton or Blenheim, ON somewhere. I pulled quite a few of these from poles down that way. The rest are probably Great North Western/WU Tel Co.

The largest one doesn't have a split, so it's really more of a solid porcelain ring. It's recessed-embossed with a T in a circle.

The two examples in the upper row at left are unmarked.

The bare metal-looking one is actually a dark blue enamel finish on steel.

The smallest example is embossed around one side: "N. SLATER CANADA H P 2" and is obviously trying to tell us that Hamilton Porcelain made it, with Slater having jobbed it out.

I'm asking $10 USD plus shipping for the group. I'm always happy to trade for early Canadian glass or Canadian-made porcelain insulators. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items.
