The piece has beautiful crisp embossing. The tail of the "&" extends below the embossing giving it a certain flair. Damage consists of a small upper wire groove nick/chip and a second tiny lower wire groove one. There is also a small white spot in the wire groove. Lastly there is a half inch base chip.
