Thanks to Ray "Wildwolves" i have now identified this, glass bottle top

a friend found this digging a trench for a sewer near an intersection in town, he stopped the crew and dove into the hole and brought this to me and said maybe the insulator collectors on the net may be able to identify it and tell him if it is worth anything, or just an old piece of glass
