These U-1192 dry process porcelain exchange styles turn up regularly here in Ontario. Most are marked HP for the Hamilton Porcelain company, but beyond that there are several marking variations out there. These three are, from left to right:

1.) CTS embossed on dome, HP / MADE IN CANADA recessed-embossed on the base. Minor crazing, wire rubs, and some discolouration but otherwise NM.

2.) CTS embossed on dome, MADE / IN / CANADA recessed-embossed in a slug plate on the skirt, and HP recessed-embossed on base. This is a difficult-to-find variation. A couple nibbles on the lower edge of the upper wire groove, some crazing, and some minor discolouration, but otherwise NM.

3.) Recessed-embossed HP / STROMBERG-CARLSON on base. This is also a less common variation. Some moderate crazing and two open glaze bubbles on the crown, but overall NM.

I'm asking $40 USD plus shipping for the set of three. I'm always happy to trade for early Canadian glass or Canadian-made porcelain insulators. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items.
