These U-149 PHV products are great: every one seems to be completely unique and with a nice splash of character. This example has a deep area of pitting in the porcelain (or maybe it's a chip of some sort?) that has been filled in glaze on its crown. As usual the glaze is a bit crude and mottled and it's a wee bit crooked as well. This example came off the Canada Southern/Michigan Central Railroad near Iona, ON.

This example appears to be NM with just one 1/4" ping on one side of the crown. It displays well with the glazed over pitted/chipped area facing forward.

I'm asking $20 USD plus shipping for this example. I'm always happy to trade for early Canadian glass or Canadian-made porcelain insulators. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items.
