WGM Quart and half pint whiskey flasks

I had the half pint whiskey flask for some time but recently added the tougher quart sized whiskey. An interesting history is already written on the Senate Saloon and its link is posted below. From what I recall the quart was found either north or south of Grand Junction partially covered by a sage bush. It's a lovely rich amethyst and the half pint is a clear to light straw color. Both come with the WGM "buckle" mark on the base. Both likely date to the 1903-07 time frame. There is a pint out there as well from WGM. The same styles shown here are also known with "The" in front of "Senate". Those bottles though are from a different manufacturer.
