I need some help identifying this piece. It represents a R 4 Continental Rubber piece except it is wider and a bit taller. It has a flat top and a inner skirt. It also has no writing of any type. I was told that it may have been made in Hamilton Ontario. It was used in Saskatchewan. Any help would be appreciated.
