Here's a CD 154 Vidrart SA mold number 17 from Argentina in an attractive Steel Blue. This one is a stronger blue than the typical Steel Blue but not enough to be a Cornflower. Has several tiny tic marks, 2 small pings and a bb ping on the base. I rate this an easy VNM. Some embossing is hard to read.
