Technically, EIN [030] (Dome) [# and/or dots] (F‑Skirt) BROOKFIELD (R‑Skirt) NEW YORK SB in Tealish Aqua. These four all have a backwards 5 on the dome which also appears to be a common characteristic of this specific style. They're really not all that uncommon, but they are attractive.
