A very unique insulator, a glass dry spot insulator! The glass cap unscrews as shown in the photo. The insulator is in great shape, could be mint, but I'll say VVNM+ to be in the safe side. The only thing I see is flaking were they drilled the hole at the factory, normal for these. Was $185, now only 150 plus shipping
