I never met Troy but was able to secure the purchase of this set of Cochrane Bells from Ann right after Troy passed. I just had a custom stand made to support the weight of the bells yesterday and thought it would be a nice memory to place my black cowboy hat on the stand and take a picture so that Troy would know the bells found a very loving home and will be so cherished all of the time.
