Here is an old metal (not aluminum) sign with porcelain enamel covering with letters that are not painted but are actually cut into the enamel layer (possibly using a stencil). Sign says in Polish: Do not touch! Electric device! Great addition to your insulator room or man cave.

Measures 10" tall x 6" wide. Excellent condition with small area scuffing shown in photo.
