Swiss copy of the (in)famous WWII German "ENIGMA" electro-mechanical cipher machine. Seen at a local antique radio swap meet. I would say that calling this a "go-with" is a bit of a stretch, unless the encrypted data was sent via telegraph or teletype, instead of over radio using Morse Code.
