This CD 275 is embossed F. M. LOCKE VICTOR N.Y. and on the reverse No 21. I find one pin prick and note that there is an open 1/2" x 1/8" bubble along the base of the skirt just below the No embossing. A manufacturing flaw but it should be noted.
