A brand new CD 627 which I bought from a seller in Ukraine. This was either made by the Yuzhnouralsky plant in Russia or Lviv plant in Ukraine which Global Insulator Group sources some of their products from. During some recent research of sorts, I have found out that this company has a joint venture with a new company in India which may already be producing glass insulators there. Another plant is also being built in Kazakhstan for supply of toughened glass suspensions for that markets rapidly developing system.
