HG CO Petticoat -B- super fizzy and bubbles photo 1

HG CO. PETTICOAT "B" has nice fizz throughout the insulator. There are two pea size bubbles in the back skirt and a thumb nail size bubble in the front, just about the wire groove. There are some scratches with white marks on the front of the crown of the insulator (see photo).
