Drone's-eye view of a pole located immediately adjacent to the Happy Market located at 4605 E. Shields Ave. in Fresno CA. USA.

Photo was taken near the intersection of E. Andrews Ave. and N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA at 5:16pm PDT on 10-20-21 (or, "2021-10-20T17:16" or "2021 20 Oct." or even, "October 20, Twenty-Twisted Stick-Stick" if you prefer)

This is the same busted glass suspension disk that I have posted here already, but the drone was much closer and the overall image quality is substantially better as well.

Bill Meier has told me that LINEMEN sometimes smash these intentionally as they are constructing the pole if (while doing so) they determine it to be in the power company's (or customer's) best interest that one of the suspension disks is at risk of breakage due to its position on the crossarm. Smashing the insulator beforehand can help prevent an expen$ive service call to that site.
