You don't see many of these early unmarked Fred Locke glaze-weld U-957 with good colored glaze, displays mint and would make a great addition to any collection. Under the top shell there is an incuse number 3. It does have what I believe is a factory fault in the wire groove on top as shown in the pic #2. Also an elongated hole on top of the inside treads as shown in pic #2, yet hard to see. I think that a piece from the elongated hole is in the bubble area of the glaze-weld so the insulator rattles if shaken from that piece. Really weird... Factory or fault, I have no clue?
