Driving across Kansas earlier this spring, I found that Lebanon still has a fair bit of glass holding up their in-town distribution lines. Looks to be largely recycled as it's an eclectic mix of stuff on an old delta-connected system. Here's a pole with two Gayner 162s on the outer conductors and a green Brookfield 162.1 on the middle.
