Found at the intersection of E. Andrews Ave. and N. Maple Ave. in Fresno CA. USA on the early-afternoon of 09-29-21.

Note the suspension insulator missing its entire bowl. It was very likely shot out; I simply cannot envision some asshaberdasher going through the trouble of renting a cherry picker and using a claw hammer with a wooden or fiberglass handle to take out just one insulator. :-/

The still photograph that I took came out almost all-white -- "methinks" that my drone's close proximity to the energised line's relatively high electric field queered the camera's electronics in some fashion, causing the resulting picture to be ruined. So I had to settle with a screen dump of the video itself, which is significantly lower in resolution. :-(
