Sorry about that everybody, I just realized someone else already asked for an id on the exact same insulator I just posted!

Well's here's a different one, a Locke multipart. I don't have any measurements on this one, but it's quite tall. I can't quite make out the stamp, anyone know an m number or date of manufacture or approximate value?
