Both skirts look mint to me but will say vvvvnm to be safe. Wiregroove is vvvvnm except for small Nick on petticoat side. Bad news it appears to have been twisted to tight on the pg, there is a circular crack in the dome with a crack cutting the circle in half. I sent it to California to be sealed.
