Beautiful color, kinda looks like a sapphire blue with maybe some cornflower. I'd say it's one shade lighter than the picture. This is the larger sized insulator for the Russians 4 1/8 inches tall. The insulator is in great shape, VNM, maybe better. $75 plus shipping.
