Here's a RARE (only 1 known) unlisted porcelain insulator from France. The 'wings' look to be glaze welded on top! There is a different version of this (from another country) that has a flat top but this one is tilted forward and the neck is completely different. 3 1/4" base width x 4 3/4" tall x 4 1/2" wing width. Area of chipping seen in the photo, otherwise only light use marks and small stains.
