This insulator is a CD 162 embossed on the front ; Hemingray and No 19 on the back. It is a beautiful milky cobalt blue color. The insulator is in vnm condition with only 3 drips with flakes off them and a faint rub mark on the dome top. This is a very nice piece to add some serious color to your collection.
