CD 134 in a nice steel blue - this is a fairly crude piece.

There is a 1/4" vertical fracture and a 1/2" base flake (same area/related to the vertical fracture), and multiple annealing lines and splits in the pinhole threads - I suspect these were day one issues but are being mentioned for accuracy.
