The fire alarm box light is seen on the left. These had a curved copper hood with a Fresnel glass (rippled) glass lens with an incandescent lightbulb inside of it. These lights went back to the teens or so. Two wires led down to them, with a white porcelain knob type insulator affixed to each side of the fixture's top portion for the lead-in wires.
