These were the three original "mystery" signals. All three have been fire rested on both the skirt and petticoat. I down loaded some pics and wrote to the ICON digest asking if anyone had seen this before and if anyone knew if this trait was indicative of a particular manufacturer. No responses. I had a hunch they were from the same company being so similar in style and the unusual double fire resting.
