Not mint, but still pretty impressive! This is a CD 196 embossed H. G. CO. with PAT MAY 2 1893 in an ice blue color. Here is a style of insulator that usually doesn't take very good care of its' drip points. The points on this piece are way above average as you will see in the photos I post. Most of the drip damage is to the rear side. We just saw a mint 196 go in auction for $180.00. I'll offer this one up for half that price, $90.00 plus actual postage charges, PayPal (friend mode) or check.
