This is a K.C.G.W. product. A CD 134 with a glass dot embossed on the front and back side of the insulator. There are signs of a blot out beneath each dot. I would call the color a green aqua. There are two shallow 1/4" chips, within an inch of each other, on the upper ridge of the wire groove. Other than that, the insulator is in very good condition.
