Beautiful Brookfield insulator, olive green with tiger stripes, I'll add a second picture. I would call the insulator VNM, just some typical flaking around the base edge, this happens a lot with Brookfield and a couple tiny pin pricks. $60 plus shipping, I can send more pictures if needed.
