A nice Telecom variant and I'd say tougher to find than the variations without the dots.

This piece comes in a great straw/gingerale shade with a smooth base and dots around the skirt, above the embossing.

There is moderate (but very shallow) base nibbling around the outside of the outer skirt with the heavier flaking being under the TE. Inquire if you'd like more photos.
